At TOPSIGNAGE, we endeavor to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase our dedicated aftersales team is always available to assist you. All claims must be lodged within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the goods.

a. Any disputes and or claims must be submitted to TOPSIGNAGE within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 (seven) business days, TOPSIGNAGE has the right to refuse the claim
b. Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing to TOPSIGNAGE. Claims not supported by photographs that clearly show the product, where and how it was installed; TOPSIGNAGE may not be able to accept the claim
c. If any of the products are delivered damaged or defective, then TOPSIGNAGE shall not have any liability, unless the customer notifies TOPSIGNAGE in writing via email within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery
d. TOPSIGNAGE will not take any responsibility for work done by third party(s). After installation done by third party(s), TOPSIGNAGE may not be able to accept claims for the goods
e. TOPSIGNAGE will not warranty any materials used or installed that do not meet recommended usage guidelines. TOPSIGNAGE will not accept liability for failure of products where a full site inspection has not been performed and broad descriptions of requirements were provided by the client.
f. TOPSIGNAGE will guarantee that all of our banner stands and displays will be free from defects in material and workmanship when they leave our facility. We cannot be held responsible for problems of any sort; these may include, but are not limited to, the following conditions: negligence, improper handing, improper installation, modifications to original banner stands, abrasion of printed surface due to faulty installation, damage caused by environmental& climatic factors, damage caused by solvent based/ abrasive cleaning agents.
g. TOPSIGNAGE guarantees all hardware items with this warranty for a period of 1 year from date of purchase, against any defective materials or workmanship.
h. Printed materials / printed graphics are NOT considered as hardware items and do not carry any warranty.
i. Note: Printed Materials are NOT covered under any warranty (Printed Graphic / Printed Material includes printing on fabric / PVC / Vinyl / Acrylic / Polyster material etc.)
j. TOPSIGNAGE shall not be liable in respect of any claim, unless the aforementioned requirements have been complied with, except in any particular case where the customer proves that. It was not possible to comply with the requirements and Advice (where required) was given and the claim was made as soon as reasonably possible.
k. TOPSIGNAGE makes every effort to display as accurately as possible. TOPSIGNAGE will not take any responsibility on colour discrepancies between artwork supplied and the actual printed order, if the customer does not request and pay for the colour matching service and/or test prints
l. TOPSIGNAGE will not take any responsibility on colour discrepancies for artworks done on different materials, different goods, different time frames
